Micah is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and concentrates his practice on intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark and copyright law; IP licensing and transfers; patent validity and infringement studies; and neutral engagements as a Special Master or similar judicial adjunct roles. His technical experience spans a wide variety of electronics, computer science, Internet, telecommunications, wireless, printing, imaging, scanning, and other technologies.

Micah has experience as a federal court Special Master in patent litigation, expert witness in a wireless telecommunications patent-related litigation, and Discovery Master in a complex, state court trade secret litigation.
