Honors Membership Awards

Kevin is Chair of the Steering Committee of The Sedona Conference® Working Group on Best Practices for Electronic Document Retention and Production (WG1) and is a member of the Seventh Circuit Electronic Discovery Pilot Program. In addition, he serves as Co-Chair Emeritus of the Georgetown University Law Center’s Advisory Board for the Advanced E-Discovery Institute and serves as Co-Chair of the Delaware Supreme Court’s Commission on Law and Technology. Kevin also serves on BNA Board of Advisors of Digital Discovery and Electronic Evidence, and is a founding member and President Emeritus of the Richard K. Herrmann Technology Inn of Court, Wilmington, Delaware.

Education

Kevin received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law, an M.B.A. from Widener University, and a B.A. from the University of Delaware. Kevin is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
